Last time I checked JBL held around 42-43%. Ousting the pirates would require over 95% voting participation, which I'm told is unprecedented.
Even if we were successful in gaining control of HML, this would only put us in a similar position to BHD - with JBL still acting as investment manager and playing hide and seek with the company's assets. What we really need is for ASIC to step in, freeze the assets and then go from there.
