True. Remember that the Chairman is John McAuliffe. I don't trust him as far as I could throw him.
If the simple fact that he's a company officer of both HML and JBL isn't enough reason for me not to trust him; it is alleged that he allowed related parties to vote on resolutions they should have been excluded from voting on at last year's AGM. I also personally witnessed him blatantly lie to shareholders during the same AGM.
The mongrel even had the nerve to wish everyone a Merry Christmas at the end of the last AGM! Like he was thanking us for the awesome Christmas gift we'd just given him - involuntarily as it was.
Ultimately it's up to you if you want to use the Chairman to act as your proxy, but don't say we didn't warn you!
