if we had to raise $55 million dollars in the current market we would probably have to issue shares at maybe 15 or 20 cents so shares on issue would likely double for a start and no existing shareholder would be happy about that I would imagine this propped way we have a chance of much less dilution further down the line if everything goes to plan as most of us hope it does
