This statement is completely unsubstantiated!
I am definitely one of the invested who are not happy with the incentive agenda of the BoD. And I expressed that already when we had the same discussion last year.
But to state something like this prior any hint where this drill may go is not fair and driven just by frustration and anger. Sorry.
