Thanks mate. It was the urging to us shareholders (strong 'encouragement') to nominate Proxy which bugged me. I realize he can be the only proxy.. I hope retail shareholders evaluate what's transpired and vote accordingly. This B.O.D. has relied on voter complacency for too long. We can do without the million $ remuneration though and it's your individual-call as to how you vote..I don't see the value in re-electing M.R. as there are others who can step-up and save us the best-part of half-million $ a year. No doubt his son would move on too.
That Appendix 4G form lodgement was 'tricky' to say the least. The remuneration 8.1 (b) was ignored
