I cant believe the board running this company and destroying shareholder wealth has the audacity to ask for performance shares and a significant amount of them!
verner wont even buy on market at 15c! let that sink in before you vote for this garbage. he has earned 1mill a year to bring our SP from $6 to where it is today
the sad part is the instos shorting this and having major holdings will give him the lot because they are so happy with his poor performance!
