There should be a rule on the ASX that options recommended must not be at a lower trigger price than the options recommended at the previous AGM. An exception of 25% of the recommended amount being allowable as a seperate defined motion to allow for falling markets in which a BOD is unable to prevent share price falls as a reault of external market factors.

The rot needs to stop before I put any money into his tourtured soul, I am sure many major SH's feel the same.
