By the board putting a resolution out for performance rights at this price you have too ask:
-What value does the board think SYR should be worth.... only approx $200M (I.e 47c per share)??
-If it should be worth a lot more are they actually incentivising poor performance (I.e work to get a poor sp outcome then receive a huge financial benefit when (if) the sp turns around)?
