Well it is interesting that this meeting mostly revolves around one person entitlements ... I will be only voting Y on 2,3&7.
Hoping this sends a clear message. Cant see how you can continue to reward someone who has overseen a 95% drop in share price. Give him another 3 years and the SP will be 1 to 2 cents but hey he thinks he is worth every cent.
My only other gripe ... the only time you hear from our MD is for bad news so the SP can dive once again ... if SYR does any good it certainly wont be because of good leadership.
