Like mm stated - Vermeer won't even buy on market at a low premium from his already overs salary.
When other company top brass are doing many positive things - curbing spending and salary sacrifice - our very own are spending like kings and can not reduce costs even with mining and processing ceased.

The board is disgusting to let this happen. Reward incompetence and dangle huge bonuses for people to do their job for which they are already paid way overs.

Clearly should be replaced for incompetence not rewarded. This is the boards decision - appears some of them should go with Verner but the back slapping - ass licking - corporate - gentleman's club is untouchable with boards like this.
Who does anyone of these people answer to - obviously no one - they just do as they please and rake in big money at the companies and share holders expense.
