I think someone commented previously that they will only vote Y to resolutions 2,3 and 7. Whole heartedly agree and that's what I've put in. Would be a great kick up the bum to mgmt if the remuneration resolutions get trashed! Not hopeful that the instos will do the same - they're loving making money from Verner and Co's incompetence!
