I have had the same issue with emailing FAR and getting no response. I even sent follow-up emails and received no response. I finally got a response to one of my more recent emails and when I responded asking for clarification on something mentioned in the email - I am yet to receive a response.

There is no denying that the share price has been impacted by bad luck. By that, I am talking about striking oil in 2014 and around the same time the oil price collapse from $100 bbl to $26bbl. We were about to get funding sorted and there is a global pandemic, the planes stop flying and the global economy and oil price crash. I understand that a lot of this is outside of management's control; however, the entire 'PE Sage + announcement that in my mind read as through finance is sorted - only to be reversed weeks later, and now the PCL Announcement - more legal action.- Enough is enough.

My preference would be to somehow sort out the finance, but failing that, sell the asset - replace management, do a share consolidation and start exploring in A2 / A5.

It is a shame, but I will be voting no (subject to any decent announcement). I really do wonder what the majority shareholders are going to do.
