If what you say is true, then they should start handing back the cash immediately as they did not have the mandatory term sheet, nor binding finance to be able to pass the SPP. In other words, they misled us again.
Ladies and Gentlemen, this is why you have an obligation to vote no to Resolution 1 of the upcoming AGM! Voting no, will not replace the beloved board, nor make any significant change. A vote to resolution 1 says that shareholders have had enough and will send a clear message. They are asking you to vote yes to continue paying them the ridiculously overpaid salaries.
Choosing to vote yes on resolutions 2 or 3 is a personal belief that yes, will result in a change of management.
