I've submitted my vote via Computershare for both of my holdings, private account and SMSF account, in both instances I've voted against resolution 5.

In my opinion the resolution could act as an incentive for Directors and key staff to support a low ball takeover offer from a predator rather than aligning their interest with long term shareholders.

Now is not the time for apathy, please take the opportunity to vote in all the resolutions being put forward, and in particular resolution 5 gets a big "NO" from me.
