in relation to my post, is there any lawyers here or know any good one. can we sue asx for damages not only...for other costs and money loss, also including stress, etc
many here would have lost something for sure due to money tired up and asx still not allowing isx to trade.
all this investigating should and can still be done while isx still trading imo.
after all we are in this mess because asx didnt check isx performance shares back when issues and making sure that everything was done right. all this time so many were buying isx on Asx. gltah
