    You have the same number of shares. Unless there is a consolidation or split. They cannot be diluted by delisting. You may get an offer for your shares though - & my guess is it will be significantly lower than the last traded price.

    On delisting, ISX is once again hilarious. The delisting was requisitioned by others (representing over 5%), cough cough, but they support it, of course they do.

    Listing on another exchange is very risky. There will also be the duty of ISX to convince their proposed exchange that they will comply with their rules & if there is due diligence by the exchange, explain the circumstances with ASX.

    Shareholders are in for a ride - will shares be listed on NSX? Would that be a conflict? Will they be listed on the NYSE/Nasdaq - no chance. Will they be listed on a secondary exchange in Europe - most likely.
