Some people here don't realise relationship between ISX and ASX is broken. Unless behaviour change after a decision of the court is favourable to ISX. ASX will continue to target ISX for whatever listing rules.
ISX is most watched. Everything ISX announce will be scrutinised. There will be constant trading halts if sp is shooting up or spiralling down. Every quarterly will have to be rewritten etc. you get the drill?
Like a broken marriage beyond repair divorce is a good way out.
ASX has only about 2500 listed companies its a minnow compared to Europe exchanges.
