Continuing with my post.
If delisting and relisting is a possibility which look like it is otherwise JK would say straight off that its a no go, we must explore this possibility. It is worth exploring this possibility not as an acknowledgement of defeat but Whether its a goer or not. We got to try so we don’t look back when ASX delist ISX after two years of suspension and we stew in this thread going no where.
Question is do you want to be able to trade your shares sooner at a better exchange and start anew?
I am sure a lot of you will exit on open or not at all in suspension or delist.
if BOD does not want to delist then its an indication of their confidence in winning the case. I am happy R6 and R7 is propose for voting. I am watching what BOD will do with these proposals.
