    Whats everyone's take on the 4th Resolution?

    im still fairly green on this but I can't see why I would be voting FOR further share dilution at this stage? Appreciate this is "only" an additional 10% on top of their preauthorised 15% but I can't see why this makes sense 1 momth after completing the strategic funding?

    Thoughts?
