Does anyone know why our auditory would resign? Seems awfully strange in current circumstances.
PricewaterhouseCoopers acted as Focus’ auditor since 28 November 2013. PricewaterhouseCoopers gave
notice of its intention to resign pursuant to section 329(5) of the Corporations Act. The Australian Securities
and Investment Commission approved the resignation 20 August 2019
