The leadership is about the quality of D Trump. It seems to exemplify penny wise and pound foolish.
Literally paying hundreds of thousands to get people to hang around, you can smell the desperation.
Raise $11m and basically 10% is allocated for Oliver Horn compensation, at least it only cost a couple million shares from the last capital raise... not to mention the 1,000,000 or so performance rights that he gets for showing up to work.
The golden parachutes are literally flying all over the annual report. More bad choices, more money wasted. Only 3 more months for OH to collect his first set of shares.... talk about a slap in the face for investors.
