The court cases are straw that broke the camels back for me off the back of the AGM notice.
Some of the call outs in the PDFs are just uncanny - such as the inability to provide sales updates and why, and the lack of communication with customers etc.

To me it doesn't appear that any of the issues highlighted in these documents appear to have been resolved given what has been happening recently or more to the point - not happening.

I really do like the idea of their products, never really been the problem for me.
It's the management of the company.
