This stock is now a bit of a problem to understand. Issuing new shares and no investor briefing?

If the new shares are issued, say at 23 cents, there is no dilution, and there is more cash in the till. So, that is good.

If the issue price is higher than that of course that would be very good. But I fear the issue price will below 23 cents, i.e. roughly current price.

The announcement gives a minimum price of 75% of the weighted average of previous ten days - in 4.2 (b). I fear that could be around 16 to 19 cents. This is my pure guess. I am out of my league here with the details.

I would also venture this new tranche of shares will be taken up by existing large stakeholders (hence no need for any investor announcement).

As someone posted earlier, something is going on in the state of Denmark.

Also, price is slightly up, 1 Mio shares on bid than on offer, more buyer than seller, on my Commsec site. Weird?
