Is anyone else thinking like me and really annoyed at resolution 5 whereby we'd sell away 10% of the company for a song? The money gained wouldn't do much at all and certainly isn't going to fix things. If they got their act together (which seems to be proving impossible for this lot) there wouldn't be a need for it. The dilution factor just damages us even more. Thoughts anyone before I cast my votes?
