Precis great comment and question. I intuitively think its a rhetorical question.

As is always the case with these muppets, tread warily. They're not to be trusted.

They certainty desperately need cash/capital.

Behind this resolution is a play to further entrench the 'privatisation' of Veris into the hands of those who have created and delivered this shareholder value destruction debacle (cheaply for them!!). These people tear up capital and burn cash as if it grew on trees!

All trust is gone with this board and senior management group, so you need to be circumspect.

I wont be supporting the resolution.

Still a great strategy and concept. Still highly relevant. Still (remarkably) standing!
