if Sol Lew wants to put his own board In he can buy Myer. I’d like to see something constructive from him, talking down Myer serves no ones interest. All I have seen is him trying to get controlling interest in Myer with his 10% ownership share. If he succeeds imo he will push for premier brands to be sold at Myer so he can close premier stand alone stores..
I bought into Myer recently because the performance grants of shares to the board are significantly above what they’re trading at today. In my mind management is aligned with my interests here.
