Hard to keep positive except for takeover potential. As a “governance expert”, Patria Mann should realise that the ASX recommends max 12 years. This happens too often in the ASX. Company has halved in value in last year yet added even more directors and more overhead costs. No reduction in pay for executives either. Where is the strategy? Takeover only hope for us dudded shareholders now that they have stopped paying dividends.
