You are, imo, operating in the wrong paradigm here. The core problem is the resource. It is just not economic. The board is a secondary problem.
Until all the more economic options are exhausted and/or until battery tech changes, Sconi won't get a look in.
Long time to go on the sidelines yet. Doubt that a board change will change that. IMO.
