Anyone else looked this over yet?
so two more directors....
and if I get whats written...the company is looking to have a special 10% equity dilution to raise money on top of the 15 percent already allowed...so 25% all up...
if this is the case then the directors are already looking ahead. Optimisticly are they are seeing bigger drill operations in the next year, or, pessimisticly are they looking to set up for a fat pay cow...and milk it.
Anyone know the two new candidates? Or the companies they came from...will do my research over the weekend and see how the companies faired while under the directorship of these two men...and where they are now...if producing that would be good...if not then the spider senses may start tingling...
