Can't find the two "new directors" but Jeremy and Doug are up for reelection and already sit on the BOD.
Typical of me to buy in 1 week before a 19c cap raise/allocation is proposed..... Glad they are doing it in house without options / broker fees. Not sure if they are going for 25% or just the 10% and keeping the further 15% on ice for later. I'm only new to this stuff and am possibly incorrect in my analysis.
