I and several shareholders I personally know together hold significant decent number of shares. We certainly won't be voting in favour of Resolution 1: Adoption of remuneration report and Resolution 5: Approval to issue performance rights CEO and Managing Director, MF.
Considering Market Cap of the company. Mark has been excessively remunerated.
