I think some of the cash generated should be reserved for an on market share buyback while the share price is so low. This will reduce the SOI and put buying pressure in the market place which will apply upward pressure to the share price encouraging the exercise of the options
12 months ago this would not have been considered but with the bonus profits from the rise in the POG in the last 12 months this is a real opportunity to consider
