I will be emailing Leonard and Nige advising them of my intention to vote against all of the BoD Performance Shares and the Remuneration Report if this Resolution is not withdrawn.

Anyone who shares that view may wish to send a message to the company as well.

It was Huayou’s notification to the Board that they would vote against this last year that got it withdrawn. Maybe they will takethe same stance this year.

It’s only by Shareholders making the BoD aware of their dissatisfaction and intentions on voting that will make them take notice.
