I think greedy decisions to double fees on non performing loss making record.
The company does not need higher costs. It needs higher sales and profits.
If higher sales and profits then we can incentivise managers.
CEO and Directors are well in the trough above what a company of this size should be.

I hope its not true but one view of this is the directors have thrown in the towel on shares and have increased their BASE director fee/salaries to double what they were so if shares dont go up they win anyway.
Its such a disgrace.
The only reason they can steal from us shareholders who provide the money that pay their wages is through having control of enough shares to make decisions that directly benefit a small group of directors and related parties rather than ALL shareholders.

hell they have not even made their sales target yet and they want to be rewarded. I hope all shareholders just tell them to get stuffed on these resolutions and vote them down. It is just BS.
I am so pissed off with this Board.
