Fully agree Martin288. The Director's Report in the Annual Report now makes interesting for me. Usually I skip over it.
I find this snip a little alarming. To me the performance of the Company is directly related to share holders (owners) wealth ie increasing SP.
If non-exec's don't have to care about the wealth of the owners, why have so many? (GB excepted)
So for me: if you want more fees, I want more wealth in return. Or am I being greedy?
