The Company is in a position now where it has no choice to have to deliver a very strong last quarter and coming quarters... they are predicting to be Cash Flows positive in the short to medium term so The revenue will have to exceed sooner the increase in administration costs and all other costs...Otherwise they may put themselves not being able to continue as a going concern or we will see the share price plunge...

There is no wrong to vote against these new shares issues and/or increase in Non-executives Directors fees especially with the new additions of non-executives directors...

I am surprised they would mention these increase in costs ahead of any good news on Revenue contracts etc...
