We don’t know that they’re trying to increase the fees before an improvement in trading position. The AGM isn’t until after the 4C has been release.

I’d love to see that list of the top 200 companies and the associated directors fees. It surprises me that a company making a profit of $100m would have director fees under $1m, but happy to be proven wrong when you send that list through.

I’m not entirely happy about the increase right now, but I’m hoping that my opinion will be changed post the 4C announcement.
