If that is the case, what does resolution 4 refer to?
It seems that from that clip they intend to use debt funding once Puregraphite is cashflow positive.
I think the additional 10% may be in response to the ASX emergency rule changes in relation to COVID which were extended to 30NOV20 which under rule 7.1 allowed for an extra 10% in company placement capacity increase from 15-25% of issued shares.
If that is the case, what does resolution 4 refer to?It seems...
