All very valid points. If the market cap has to be below 300M, then SP would be approx 85c. To capital raise then to public at a SP of 1.09 seems like a flawed strategy so is unlikely. In this context an allocation to a strategic investor seems to be more likely.

I guess we have to wait and see what comes of it.

With 3M/month cash burn, does anyone know if any further avenues for funding has been announced?
If current cash runs out in 10 months, no loans have been announced, and income is not sustaining the expenditure it has to come from somewhere...
