For the record, I voted as follows:
Resolution 1: Against. Merely a protest vote, I know it won't change anything, but felt good.
Resolution 2: Abstain Like I posted before, not fussed about this, hopefully it does not cost much.
Resolution 3: Abstain I don't know anything about the bloke.
Resolution 4: Against I don't want to see more dilution by giving shares away to employees because the price has dropped.
