Nothing nice about the share issue situation - BUT - we are in a get big or get out industry - we are a sparrow and need to be more eagle like to survive, Issuing shares is simply one of the few options [no pun intended] we have available to us. Yes, it is highly probable that one day, there will be a consolidation and we may all end up with [for example] ONE share for every, say 10, now hold - but in a much larger business! Just the way the world turns. Get BIG...or get out of this type of industry!
