A few of the regular posters have said they have a million or so shares, I have around 1 million, so if we were lucky we could pool maybe 10 million shares. Not even 1% of the shares outstanding.
But still, I'm going to protest vote against many of these resolutions. Capital is extremely cheap now, find other ways to grow the business, stop doing piss poor cap raises that ignore the retail holders.
