Ultimately it was and is always going to end in a negotiation. IMU are never going to take this to the end cure for cancer. They are more importantly the pioneers, the forefathers (and foremothers) and their ultimate takeover is for the betterment of all cancer patients.
It's not about if but always about when and that clause just points to a desire soon I'm sure that IMU have had detailed discussion regarding a T/O for some time now -
They hold the cards, the pharm companies make enquires and IMU protect their assets, Their IP and control the ultimate negotiation.
We are just all aboard on the money train.
