Look, the bottom line is this. Let's say LC had inside or better information and therefore she converted her options. And it is no small amount that she has put her own money on it, around $450K.
Can we agree on that? If we can, then what is to stop you or anyone of us who believed she has the inside running to follow her? What's more, isn't that what we mere mortal do? Reading the CEO's tea leaves and decide which way to jump? Since you believe so strongly that LC acted on inside info, then I suggest you buy as many as you can get your hands on. It is still not too late. In fact, if you truly believe LC actions is truly based on knowledge she knows, then follow her action and buy, buy, buy. What's more, the company has been giving such a strong hint to us mere mortal. Convert your options now or BP will take them off your hands. And she has openly educated us that the longer we have to wait for Hervaxx's result, the better. What more need she do or tell us? If you have not acted on all those hints, then what is the purpose of your whinge?
Personally, I believe we know basically what she knows. Until the data is cut, she probably also need to speculate a bit. No doubt, being on the inside, her speculation would be more on the mark. And right now, all I care about is that Hervaxx is doing really good work. So good that the subjects do not have any cancer progression and that LC don't even know how long that could go on for. So good that I am sure those pharma selling those poison targeting the same market as Hervaxx are probably knocking on their Accounts Door down to get their hand on as much money as is needed to cut a deal here.
