I agree, good question Nick.
I’m inclined to vote against the potential issue of 15% of it’s capital without shareholder approval.
I’m totally against sophisticated investors who probably have diddly squat to do with IMU being offered discounted shares ahead of sophisticated or unsophisticated existing shareholders.
