Perhaps asking option holders to convert early is a way of the board looking ahead and doing good by shareholders. As others have said, starting the cgt event earlier. LC is doing just that and in doing so it is a confidence booster in my mind. Why would she convert her options if she thought there was the slightest chance the shares would fall below the option price?
