If shareholders vote against Resolution 3 (numbers 17,18, 19), will that prevent IMU from throwing shares at “sophisticated investors” at discounted prices instead of offering them to loyal shareholders first.
Many HC posters expressed their frustration / anger / surprise when the SP hit 6.3 and a CR at 3.6 cents occurred shortly thereafter for sophisticated investors associated with Bell Potter.
I would like to see shareholders offered the chance to buy shares in a CR ahead of people who are merely out to make a quick buck.
