I would like to see the response from the BOD if someone was to launch a takeover for Crowd at 10c today.
One the one hand we had DC explaining to the ASX that the increase in share price a few weeks ago was by a comparison to DOU which has a market cap of $200m.
Even fully diluted this gives us a share price of 20c with a billion shares on issue.
So I think performance targets are very low indeed.
Either way the key is “performance”
If your parents gave you a million dollars to invest and you blew it all and we’re only left with $250,000 and then 8 years later tell them you now turned the $250,000 into $500,000 do you think they will give you a bonus????
if your answer is YES then you will obviously vote in favor and have very good parents.
I know what my dad would give me.........
