I have voted AGAINST the performance shares and I have spoken to and emailed the Directors why I have done this.
I am happy to see performance shares as I am sure all other shareholders would be based on performance that is structured in a way to benefit ALL SHAREHOLDERS not a select few.
Performance shares IMO must be tied to a realistic share price/s, along with certain other milestones like revenues, signing of major transactions, achieving certain goals and targets not just low lying share prices.
I am happy to support the board and talk constructively (for all shareholders) on these issues as I have put in my email.
The board must realise that last year SS and Quandt received 9.1m 3c options and Carosa received 5.2m 3c options, lets not be greedy now. All now in the money
ALL SHAREHOLDERS MUST BENEFIT end of story.
