Don’t make me laugh. Glenn has already failed to achieve previous benchmarks set. I believe maybe things will happen in 2023 but don’t give people hope for contracts when nothing looks promising at the moment. Covid is being blamed for delays in Victorian schools so I’d say that all has to start again, hence the 2023 outlook. That’s a long hold before contracts!!
